Seriously, what even is a "Bosphoramus"?

Now that we have some cryptic instructions to find that old guy again, we head back to the Shrine of Resurrection to orient ourselves and avoid freezing our butts off. Somehow we're able to figure out that he's hiding out for us at the Temple of Time! (You all remember that thing, huh????)

Before we talk to him, we pray to a statue of the ancient goddess Hylia. In exchange for four of those weird spirit orb thingies that we obtained from the various trials we've endured, she grants us an additional heart container! Then, that weird old guy finally appears to us. Apparently he's been hiding on the roof like some freak.

When we finally reach him, he reveals himself to be the one and only King Rhoam Bosphoramus of Hyrule. How shocking. He also seems to be a ghost or something..? He proceeds to tell us a very long and boring story about an ancient prophecy foretelling Calamity Ganon's return. Apparently, the Hylian ancestors built four Divine Beasts to combat Ganon, as well as those pesky Guardians that always seem to kill us in one hit. Finally, something about how 100 years ago, both Link and Zelda were supposed to get rid of Ganon once and for all - but everything went south, Link was put into stasis and Zelda has remained keeping Ganon at bay all this time.

Now that we know we have to DESTROY GANON, the king finally gives us that paraglider we've been after for SO LONG. It apparently will be helpful for us if we look for Impa in Kakariko Village, so that's where we are headed - but not without killing a few Bokoblins along the way.
