Rhythm Review Levels 1-5 | How far can you go?
This is a short overview of many of the common rhythm patterns taught in elementary music classrooms. Every teacher teaches rhythm differently and in different sequences, so this may not be the exactly the way rhythm is learned in your classroom. This is the order I teach in, but it is not the only sequence out there!
The colored letters below the notes represent the chords in the song. They can be played on ukulele, guitar, Boomwhackers, barred instruments, hand chimes, piano, or just about any instrument! Watch out, though, they sometimes change!
