Description:
Karuna is chosen as the hero to defeat the Evil Overlord Darkloft and is tasked with gathering artifacts to defeat the armored tyrant. Will Karuna be able to free Aurelie from Darkloft's influence, or will she have to sacrifice Aurelie to save the world?

0:00 Aerial Invasion
Be sure to set your difficulty for the upcoming sequential battles. The moment you go to the south exit, you'll be alerted of a monster attack. The soldiers of Parvian are overwhelmed by all the flying monsters. After a few waves, you'll be faced with a boss.
2:40 Boss: Therona (Hard)
Like her minions, she's weak to lightning. You can make the battle go faster if you make a lightning weapon with an elemental card, but I'm too stingy for that. Also, unlike me, be sure to double stack Karuna's party defense buff.
8:24 Broken Bridge Again
The bridge to Springsmouth got destroyed in that attack, so you'll need an alternate way to get there. Talk to King Parvian to learn of a path through the Chambers of Rest.
12:23 Chambers of Rest
To open the way forward, you must seek out the Riddlemongers, living statues who will test you in various puzzles and minigames.
15:49 Riddlemonger 1: Elemental Order
The monger wants you to hit the element buttons in the order indicated by the stone plaques. The correct order is dark, earth, water, poison, fire, wind, thunder, ice, and light. This will open a door near the beginning of the dungeon.
24:08 Riddlemonger 2: Jewel Hunting
You have to pick up jewels within a time limit, but your field of vision shrinks over time. If you get enough points, you'll get a prize. I hope the ultimate prize isn't anything too unique, since there is no way to redo the trial once you get a passing score. Note that difficulty levels won't affect this minigame.
After this, keep an eye out for a Crystallized Hope. It should be fairly close to the third Riddlemonger
30:22 Riddlemonger 3: Anticlimax
The third one doesn't really enjoy riddles, but has to administer some kind of test anyways. He tells a story about four girls placing differently on various fields and it looks like our job is to find out who placed what, but then he tells us to examine the bird statue to pass the trial. I can't believe I typed all that down!
While traveling through the dungeon, you should have noticed a sign hinting about the boss.
33:26 Boss: Ageless Guardian (Hard)
The boss can change its weakness and comes with two powerful flunkies, one of which can heal. The healing one can be stunned if it charges its heal attack.
40:30 Cave of Swirling Sand
You'll find a fairy mini-town that you can rest at. This place is a bit tedious, since enemies respawn quicker in the lower levels, which means you may need to refight some if you drop into a quicksand pit on a higher level. Eventually, you'll find a resting area and a boss soon afterwards.
52:18 Boss: Eelinoth (Hard)
This time, she can summon tanky minions of her own. Hopefully, you learned Karuna's stronger single-target wind spell and have some MP heals prepared.
1:01:38 Point of No Return?
Once you get to the other side of the cave, you'll find a jump-off point, which means you won't be able to return to previous areas. Make sure you have four Crystallized Hopes before making the jump.
