Ridley Scott's Prometheus 2 may delay Alien 5 - Collider
180District 9, Alysium and Chappie director Neill Blomkamp is current working on developing ALIEN 5 for Fox. However, according to a report from horror website Bloody Disgusting, the movie may get push back as much as a year due to Ridley Scott insisting that his upcoming PROMETHEUS 2 film come out first. The report says the following: "Alien 5′ is still very much in the works, as Fox remains hot on the idea. Blomkamp continues to work on the script (only an outline existed previously) and refine the tale he is telling. Ridley Scott is still producing, but has insisted on ‘Prometheus 2′ being made first."
