The Real Time Settler (RTS for short) mod provides the player an ability to build a new settlement in the Capital Wasteland in any exterior location, literally.

If you want to setup a prospering town in the sun-baked parts of the central Wasteland then go right ahead!

Maybe you've pondered to yourself a few timed about a large lake and thought it would make a lovely positioned on water. Well nothing's stopping you from doing that!

There is literally no limits on where the player can start building a settlement in the massacred wasteland of Washingtom DC.

Oh yes, and if you begin the first stages of building your new addition to civilisation and suddenly decide on a different location, you can pack up shop and relocate whenever you desire!

Fun, eh? In this series I'll be playing through this Fallout 3 mod in detail and I'm taking y'all along with me for the ridr! Just don't forget your own pack brahmin, mine's called Bess and she ain't nobody's cow to mess with. ;-D
