45i was told the last comparison video i did wasn't fair because i wasnt using an optimal version of the game, and the specific trucks i was using did not show RoR in good light. fair enough. this video should be more evenly matched and fair for both games, as i'm using some of the best trucks available for both on 2 of the same tracks. with these new additions to the comparison, it is a way closer fight. the breakable grave digger and odyssey bigfoot do handle way better than the old monster energy i used before. the grave digger does break nice for such an old game. its not perfect, but i understand that the mod creators are doing the best they can with what the game has to offer. swapping from 0.47 to 0.46 of the game does increase the steering speed as well. overall though, it's still not enough to overcome the controlability of the beam trucks simply because you've only got keyboard controls. that limits you to either full on or full off the brakes and full on or full off the throttle. and the lack of midair control is definitely noticeable. you could argue that beam has too much mid air control, but i find that's really a non issue.
