10Little Rika rages about the new skill system, which came online after the Server maintainance on 31th May 2012.
It changed the gameplay in it's very basics "balancing" the game, so there is no need to gain level up anymore, despite them being rendered meaningless.
Being 50 doesn't matter anymore, since you can lose to a fresh Level 1 with enough Boost.
All that matters now is how many ultra parts and Nitro-Powerups you have, since all cars still have their old game-mechanics.
Also the nitro + headstart has become more stronger in power and duration, while you car weight has been lowered once again.
Remember your car having 150% in V4? Now you have 50%, it was 75% before 31th May.
It's all about Nitro now for races and Juggernaut in TE.
