After a giant sweep there is no speed gain observed, it would appear the patches from Klei have really improved late game performance. (IMPORTANT : my testing was flawed, turns out my game was running at full speed already, using a mod to max the speed showed a 25% speed improvement after the sweep) Then it's straight into building a new core base. I want it to be compact and expandable so stealing lots of old Ideas to make a nice base. The whole area is still a little cold but that can be fixed.
