リングフィットアドベンチャー縛りプレイ!
暫定的な制限規則(ほぼグーグル翻訳)
1. スムージー禁止(飲み物禁止)
2.新しいトレーニングウェアはありません
3. Lv2~4スキルなし
4.マルチタスクモードなし(expブースト)
5.搾取なし(低レベルのステージを繰り返すことによる農業EXPなど)

Day10以降の追加の穏やかな制限ルール
経験値を稼げば楽になるので、なるべく経験値稼ぎを少なくしようと思います
1.モンスターのHPが0になっても特定の繰り返しが終わるまで各スキルを発動しない
2. 走行中にリングコンを押したり引いたりして多くの経験値を得られない(うっかり、時々OK)
3.EXPメダルを避けるAMAP→やっぱり取るかな
4.最後の動的演習をスキップして、経験値の獲得をカットします
5. 敵との遭遇をスキップする AMAP
6. サイドクエストやサードステージをなるべく避ける

必要に応じて最初のスキル ツリーで Lv1 のスキルをいくつかアンロックすることを許可するかもしれませんが、
これは、ワークアウト自体に本質的に適した選択肢です。

Provisional Restrction Rules
1. No smoothies (no drinks)
2. No new training wears
3. No Lv2~4 skills
4. No multitask modes (exp boost)
5. No exploitations (like farming EXP by repeating lower level stages)

Additoinal gentle Restriction Rules since Day10
Since it will be easier if I gain EXPs, I will try to minimize EXP gains
1. Not performing each skill until the end of certain repetition even monsters' HP hitting zero
2. Not Getting many EXP by pusshing and pulling ring con while running (unintentionally, sometimes OK)
3. Avoid EXP medals AMAP (Maybe not)
4. Skip the dynamic exercise at the very end to cut the EXP gain
5. Skipping enemy encounters AMAP
6. Skipping unnecessary side quests and side stages

I might allow myself to unlock some Lv1 skills on the first skill tree if necessary,
which should be essentially good choice for workout per se.
