基本的な縛りルール
1. バトル中の回復系スムージー禁止
その他の基本方針
1. 道中のメダルゲットやリングコンの押し込みなどでの経験値稼ぎはOK
2. 準備運動による経験値獲得はOK
3. モンスターを倒したらスキルを切り上げてもOK
4. 必要に応じてモンスターとの戦闘を避けることはOK
5. 露骨な経験値稼ぎをしないが，途中で倒される→再チャレンジによる結果的な経験値アップは仕方ないのでOK
6. 20230218 (Day35)・World8より，エクササイズの偏り防止の為，スキルスロットを10まで全開放済み（22ポイント程度消費）
7. 20230224 World9より，エクササイズの偏り防止の為，スキルポイント使用，LV2以上のスキルの使用を解禁
8. 20230307（World11のボス戦）より，ウェア購入・着替えOK（体力MAX状態から瞬殺されたため😂→しかし一番強いウェアに着替えたら268→344と4/3倍に強化，しかし感覚的には2倍以上強くなり楽勝に勝利^^;全員の攻撃でも半分も減らなかった😅）
9. 20230315 (World14のボス戦)より，サイドクエストや寄り道による達成率アップやレベリングを認める（ボス戦で何回も死に，あまりにもレベルが足りないことがわかったため^^;）
Provisional Restrction Rules
1. No smoothies (no drinks) during battle
Other basic action principles
1. Aqquaring EXP medals and pusshing and pulling ring con while running are allowed
2. Getting EXP by doing dynamic stretch is allowed
3. Stop doing skills if all monsters are beaten up
4. Skipping enemy encounters if necessary
5. Cencequential additional EXP gains by retrying stages or bosses after being beaten up is allowd
6. As of 20230218 (Day35)・World8, I unlocked the additional skill slots up to 10 by spending about 22 skill points for the sake of healthy exercise.
(The trueth is it would be way too hard to use up three slots for healing , which took the half lol)
7. As of 20230224 (Day41)・World9, Lv2~4 skills are no longer banned, so is the use of skill points and learning new skills
8. As of 20230307 (World 11's boss), new training wears have been allowed
9. As of 20230315 (World 14's Boss), taking side quests or side stages have been allowed so has multitask modes (exp boost).
