Hello Everyone. In today's Victoria 2 video using the ccHFM mod I will be playing Rio Grande do Sul. This is a nation that had a brief period of independence from brazil during the Ragamuffin War. in OTL Brazil crushed the revolution but in this video we explore the alternate reality of it existing.

I was originally planning on editing an old Brazil playthrough I did 3 years ago, but unfortunately I left all of the footage on my old hard drive. If this video gets 1k likes ill reconnect my old hard drive and recover the recording and make it into a video.
