Regional issues and redesigns aside, Thresh has been an immensely popular and played champion since day 1- and it doesn't take much effort to see why. From his near perfectly designed kit for a CC-centric character, and one of the coolest character designs in both visual and story flavor Riot has ever put out. But in my opinion not only is he one of the best-designed League of Legends champions, he ALSO has several tools and ability's that would work excellently for Riot's fighting game Project L.
