2Join us in the latest release of Rise of Industry, Alpha 4 where we build our industrial empire from berry farms to fancy glass furniture factories. For the first series we are going to focus on logistics and see if we can make a profit if we are shipping goods to the other end of the new and giant maps. This Alpha 4 release might very well be the biggest update for RoI since release and in addition to carreer mode includes the following changes:
Tech Tree: Unlock new buildings and upgrades for your empire.
Boats: A slow but high-capacity transport alternative.
Influence System: Keep towns onside or face a reputation backlash.
Borders & Regions: Maps are separated into regions and permits are required to build and operate there.
New Models & Industry: New copper mine, new household goods factory producing luxury items like radios/tv's etc and of course the boat dock
New Global Shader: New looks for the new update.
Revamped Economy: Almost all production lines are profitable. Enjoy getting rich by selling apples, brandy and radios alike!

Gather resources by building farms, mines, oil and gas wells and many more. From the most basic materials there will be a wide range of products you can manufacture and ship to towns. Keep the economy moving and keep the masses' needs fulfilled.
Facilitate the transportation of both raw and finished products at every stage of production with the help of roadways, trucks, trains, ships, and even zeppelins, all while building your industrial base (or bases) of operations. Each mode of travel has it's own advantages and drawbacks, and it's up to you to sort the logistic puzzle.
