RISING VOLTAGE Heliolisk is a THREAT
3I've always been a big fan of Heliolisk. Rising Voltage is also just a terror in the lower tiers. It was probably a large part of why Alolan Raichu was banned, and might even be why Heliolisk gets banned to. I personally am not the biggest fan of Rising Voltage, because it isn't really special to any specific Pokemon. My dream is for Heliolisk to have gotten Scorching Sands instead. I also wish it had Earth Power and Flamethrower and Solarbeam.
