One year after the release of the massive indie masterpiece, Risk of Rain 2 gets its first post 1.0 release anniversary update and its packed with tons of new goodies. With the new character Bandit returning from the original ROR as well as a bundle of new items and item changes, the game feels brand new all over again! This time we'll be taking down the new final boss all over again, and with a wholly new designed arena level for the final boss fight its up to us to steal another victory as the Bandit!

With the new update for ROR2, veterans of the game along with newcomers are sure to love the direction the series has taken, with some essential new features no one knew they needed. Alongside the addition of the Bandit from Risk of Rain, we have new items and AI features to enhance enemies and allies alike. With this comes the new challenges and lore for each character an location, finally being able to see the picturesque models of all the games assets. They've even included the addition of a finalized Run History section to see all of your previous missions of glory and just how well you did in the past. This makes speedrunning and tallies even more of a breeze, and with the new boss level's design, its much harder to just fly your way through the game than before.
