Risk of Rain Returns - Miner on Monsoon Providence Run (No Sound)
0Hell yeah, finally got a run to stick. I love the miner, the mobility the use of the skills to stay invulnerable. For me I think you should use the melee prevalent for the early parts of your run but once the blighted enemies show up you only use it once or twice on a driveby in the air.
And the Providence fight, my goodness. That was so fun, dipping in and out of attacks and you get a good mix of attacks in with melee. In that fight I really enjoy how fluid the Miner is, just make sure you don't hold his melee down or you could get stuck in one place. The one downside of the Backblast is there is much more endlag on the move. To prevent yourself from being open, you should have the To The Stars ready to jump right after the backblast.
I did spend way too much time on the temple stage, but I was being cautious of the Blighted Clayman. I lose so many promising runs to the blight and much faster and better runs too. Thought for once I would stay patient here.
UGH why did the sound cut off. I wish I knew but it probably had to do with the computer being put into sleep mode.
