1) If Kragg's body is touch a platform while on his pillar, it registers him as on the ground, and he can pillar again.
2) Stalling with pillar beneath the air level. You can also stall pretty well on Fire Capital on the lower right side. Except it's more useful because you can hit the rock on the pillar , attacking low, or throw it in the air and hit it for the higher platforms.
3) After air dodging, his feet are up and it seems like he could land. Just a minor cosmetic animation / hitbox discrepency.
