Greetings fellow Mayors, I just wanted to share with you some neat layout ideas and some simple tricks that I use to make some pretty decent cities with diverse neighborhoods. In case you're wondering I'm using those parks in order to get the road spacing correct in order to accommodate larger buildings.

I'm using one way roads to create a mini in town highway complete with some unique on and off ramps. I wanted to make sure the Sim's actually use the highway, so I made the roads easy to navigate and the on/off ramps serve both sides of the highway - which is a must!
