Hello there, ladies and gents. This video will explain a little bit of the ideas behind going through the Road to the Show mode in MLB The Show 21 with the Achievements in mind. This is NOT a full playthrough, but is only an introduction into what you should do to go through the Mode. Doing this will likely take you 6-8 hours and will get you the following Achievements:

On the Path to Greatness - Get drafted by an MLB Team in Road to the Show
The Long Road - Get called up to AAA in Road to the Show
Welcome to the Show! - Get called up to MLB in Road to the Show

My experience was as a two-way player who played as a Starting Pitcher and 1st basemen. I got called up to AAA just over halfway through the season, and then it took another few weeks to make it up to the Major League team. However, I was a sub-1 ERA pitcher and a .500 hitter, and it still took me that long.

Being a two-way player makes this mode last a lot longer, so I do recommend playing as only a Pitcher and heading through the games, making sure you perform well every time out. You can Save and quit out if you perform badly, then reload to try again. There are other tips I mention in the video, so take a look!
