Establish a River Base north of Eden Valley by gathering and storing resources then planning a delivery route.
Drive to the northwest river location flagged as the River Base, visiting it often triggers the mission
Store 3 × Concrete Slabs and 5 × Steel Beams at the River Base site.
Build and plan a convoy route to supply the base. That fulfills the side objective “Set up a River Base”
Rewards upon completion 1375 Stars and 2140 Money
*Plot Route River Base to Northern Tunnel*
Unlock & Establish River Base by delivering required resources (e.g. concrete slabs, steel beams) and planning the base layout at the northwest corner of the map
Once the River Base is active, plan and construct a route that leads directly to the Northern Tunnel location as part of restoring infrastructure.
Drive the convoy along the plotted road, ensuring the connection is fully established triggers mission completion.
Make sure to physically explore that northwest corner River Base area, which many players miss until late in map progression
