RoboCop versus The Terminator Improvement is a hack for the Sega Genesis that tries to make the game more playable.
The game is uncensored by default
Black bar on the top of the screen is removed
Restored the full layout of level 8
The bosses are reworked to get consistent damage from the player. The damage no longer relies on the frame timer but on dedicated hit counter. You won't encounter the problem from the original game when the bosses can be invulnerable to your damage due to unlucky timing.
Restored the beta voiceovers for Robocop.
Auto-9 sound changed to the movie counterpart.

To play in RetroArch:
Setup Genesis Plus GX core so the Sega CD games are working (you need the BIOS files)
Download rom+chd version
Extract the files so the .md and .chd files are in the same folder and named the same way
Boot the .md file using Genesis Plus GX core
To play on hardware:
Download rom+bin+cue version
Burn the CD image through the .cue file using ImgBurn to create an audio CD
Insert the CD-R into Sega CD
Boot the .md file using a flash cart
