Robotron: 2084 Review!
26From 1982 we've got a look at Williams' classic shooter, Robotron: 2084! Designed and programmed by the Vid Kidz, Larry DeMar and Eugene Jarvis this is a game that has stood the test of time and will forever be a classic.
In the distant year 2084 the robots have all revolted and it's up to you to destroy all of the robots while trying to save the last human family for huge points! The game's twin stick style is amazing and was later brought back in the 90's with Smash TV and it's sequel, Total Carnage.
The game had several home ports as well as a spiritual sequel called Robotron X that was released on the original PlayStation then two years later on the Nintendo 64 as Robotron 64. (WELL WORTH CHECKING OUT!)
