Okay, this is another biggie. For me, anyway, likely means diddly squat for most other people, I'm sure.

Here's the little bit on Pulz64 at Lemon64: http://www.lemon64.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20311&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=3625

The rigmarole of me trying to capture a .tap image of Pulz64:

Here's the game itself, now at gb64 (but still not actually at lemon64 yet):

(No, I've no idea who "Desperado (ASS)" is, either)

The cover, at a hopefully readable resolution: https://imageshack.com/i/5hpulz64inlayj

And finally, the text from the inlay, in case it's not a readable resolution:

There you were . . another day, quiet as
always, patrolling the old remnants of the USA
(now called the cussed earth) when suddenly
(YES suddenly, and don't say Oh no! not again)
you stumble upon an old genetics farm. You
wander down one of the wide corridors and
come across one of the lab's old projects, repret
snakes. A sign above you informs you that the
project's name was PULZ. The repret snake is a
radioactive poisonous snake with one very
interesting ability, that of being able to
constantly reproduce. You fire away with your
stapistol to hold back these vile creatures and
then to your horror notice two 5000W laser
holograms, in the shape of a vile alien and
laser tank, rolling towards you. You cannot
shoot them but if they touch you . . . Frstppp! Oh
no! . . . I thought they said it was Crime that
didn't pay.

CONTROLS
Joystick in Port One or CTRL (left),
2 (right) and space (fire)
9 skill levels with 9 as the hardest
and 1 as the easiest . . . you hope . . .
UGH!

So. There we go. Pulz 64. Second C64 game I had.
(And Depthcharge was the first - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNypFB_WKAU )
Probably best I don't think about how much Dad paid for it brand new, eh? Still, provided me with plenty of entertainment over the years, so shouldn't complain.
(and it's unlikely he paid anything crazy for it, like the cost of an Xbone controller.)
