I compared both getting 3 texts, about 3-5 second wait to get a second text before Rocco in normal route, with the reroute using the early text trick, not holding W. The studio out of bounds if you void out under buildings you'll warp up to the highway or roads, definitely practice so you land under the lot area. Of course driving away is only about 7 seconds slower. With the Molotov strat just throw it at the ground when the minimap zooms out. With 2nd text military you'd have 6 texts in the pool for Michael, getting 1 after Surveying, and a few chances to get shared texts in Monkey Business, Hang Ten, and both Fresh Meat and Pack Man. Only a maximum of 3 texts realistically by Cleaning, unless you get both best Pack Man and Fresh Meat switches, or every non-shared text possible.
