Decided to wrap up this by playing this title again as hadn’t done it without savestates/rewinds yet. Enjoyed this game a lot more after learning the bosses. Definitely made a lot of mistakes (went backwards in pyramid once to try to find where the extra life was, then I decided against it as not worth, and otherwise played around occasionally). It could definitely be improved. Surprised it was shorter than RKA. Roll attacks seem a lot better than I realized originally. Not terribly interested in doing higher difficulties for this game, though.

Full disclosure in case anyone cares: Made a savestate at beginning of Stage 5, but did not load it and did not use rewinds. I didn’t know how hard the back end of the game would be, as only had done it with savestates/rewind (so thought might want to practice back half, but obviously ended up not doing so).
