Known in Japan as Yōsei Monogatari Rod Land (lit. "Rod Land: A Fairy Tale").
Rod Land was followed by a 1992 puzzle spin-off titled Soldam.

This game actually contains 2 games and a special boss. Usually by default this is the game you saw in the arcades. However, through dip switch or inserting a code after a coin is in (code is shown in the game ending), you'll have access to a reskinned version with a different story.
