ROG Ally with XG Mobile RTX 4090 TGP issue has finally been fixed!
ROG XG Mobile RTX 4090 150w, 16GB GDDR6 VRAM 256bit
Asus ROG Ally 7" 120Hz FHD 1080p handheld RC71L-ALLY.Z1X_512
AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU(aka Ryzen 7 7840U), 512 GB SSD, 16 GB LPDDR5 6400Mhz VRAM
Samsung Q90NA 85" mini-LED HDTV in 4K 120Hz mode with VRR(variable refresh rate - G-Sync must be manually activated through Nvidia control panel) using HDMI 2.1 cable.

As of 08/08/2023 with the ROG Ally's MCU FW update along with the Nvidia GeForce driver 536.99 for Balder's Gate finally fixed the nerfed TGP of the RTX 4090 in this XG Mobile. It has always been restricted to 115W with every retail BIOS from 317 onward.

I have several uploads showing this since launch date.
Pre-release reviewers were using a different Ally BIOS and Nvidia driver that were not made available to the public.
I also had uploads showing a similar issue with this XG Mobile on my Ryzen 5900HS Flow X13 laptop which restricted it to 124W.
However that was fixed much faster with a laptop BIOS update.
