Try not to mind the black edges I minimized the screen to make it easier since I have a rather large monitor.

To unlock this boss fight, you must defeat Alexander and then obtain the Obol, which is a random item you might receive when praying at a shrine. Because it's random, you may need to pray several times before you find one. After receiving the item you must die then within your next run there will be a new entrance to the boss door.

Basic Strategy
This fight no matter what is very difficult and not only takes skill but an insane amount of RNG don’t expect to do this quickly. Basically you have to hope he uses his giant charged attack in a place where you can just spam attack him while he’s in the middle of it to tank is health, which honestly is rare and you kinda need him to do it many times.

He constantly spawn skulls who can quickly become suffocating if you don’t take care of them, he will either charge towards you or do his charge attack (which is when you wanna damage him) if he hits you or one of the skulls it drains your health around 60+ damage per hit which will quickly kill you.

The trick here to place your teleport early on and use it throughout the fight as a safety net all though it could be dangerous there is plenty of times I used it and spawned right on a skull and was damaged or killed. But for the most part you want to damage him and kill the skulls whenever you can when you’re about to take damage from Alexander or a skull and can’t escape it purposely hurt yourself by the spikes cause it does dramatically less damage around 20ish compared to the 60 from everything else. That is the biggest tip the spikes are what make it possible. If you’re full on health and it’s worth tanking damage from the spikes on the ground and doing as much damage as you can to Alexander but be safe and try not to get too low on health. As you see in the video I was less then a second away from taking my last tick of damage and dying so even this strategy is very dangerous and kinda random.

There is also a strategy where you can bait Alexander into a very bottom corner and quickly teleport to the other side, if he was about to use his charged attack it is likely he’ll glitch out and be stuck in the corner until you cross back over towards him, while he’s stuck and no longer charging you you can wait until he spawns all of skulls roughly takes a minute or two and then there will be 40+ skulls on the other side of the screen which then you can either bait Alexander to your side and no longer deal with the skulls or rush his side and hope a lot of the skulls are on the floor with him and damage boost with spikes while hitting him while he’s on the ground as well as healing from killing all the skulls in the process. This was more difficult in my opinion but is an option.

This took me hours to do, don’t be discouraged.
