Rome 2: State of the game
5Rome 2 is getting a lot more attention and players lately partly because of a lot of youtubers feeding into it. It's easier for youtubers to get matches of it, so they're more likely to make videos of it making a lovely positive feedback loop.
Personally I don't like this since I find Atilla to have a superior balance state right now compared to Rome 2. Yes there are factions like the Ostrogoths but nothing is as oppressive as the factions that can put out really strong sword rushes in Rome 2.
