As you can see, the four Brigands always move before the Warrior does, so we have them move in such a way that they leave an open space for the Warrior to move to and attack one of our units using his Hand Axe. That way, when we kill him, he'll drop the much more valuable Swordslayer!
Also, as I was reviewing these vids, I realized that if you didn't want to use the ballista to kill Pablo, it was possible that you could have five units carefully placed around where his troops appear in such a way as to trap the Warior, with the fifth unit there to trick him into using the Hand Axe, and the fourth unit (probably buffed with a Pure Water on the previous turn) there to kill Pablo at close range.
Using a good Sniper on a Ballista with the help of Tethys to kill Pablo, and lying in wait for the rest like we did in this video is probably a much less risky tactic though, and is probably what you might want to do instead.
