Rondo of Blood [En Hack] - DarkEvil87's Longplays - Stage 3 - Secret [Richter] (PCE/TurboGrafx-CD)
In this video I show you how to beat the fourth level (taking the secret route leading to Stage 4') as Richter Belmont (there's another character who plays differently, called Maria Renard, which I've also done) in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood for the PC Engine CD-ROM² (known as the TurboGrafx-CD in most English speaking parts of the world). The original and only official release of this game for that system features Japanese text and voices for the dialogues as well as Japanese text for things like stage names or signs, which were unofficially translated to English thanks to a patch made possible after many years through the efforts of: Burnt Lasagna, cubanraul, Tomaitheous, pemdawg, DarknessSavior, Fragmare, ReyVGM and Vanya. (The beginning German narration is subtitled but not voiced in English since it was always intended to be voiced in German no matter the language of the game itself.)
Visit often, I play lots of games (some of your requests too, don't be afraid to ask, especially if it seems like something I could do)!
The game was exclusively played by DarkEvil87.

DarkEvil87's Longplays videos follow these rules:
They can show you what a game is like
They feature no audio commentary, to purely enjoy the original audio that games give us and for those who find commentary tracks annoying
They're usable as walkthroughs if you plan to play through the games they represent
They feature no death, including a great reduction of the waste of time that can be seen in some regular gameplay videos
They're tool-assisted, exclusively via the use of some save states, to permit this reduced waste of time in some very hard games while also aiming for a bit less robot-like playthroughs usually seen in videos truly intended as TAS videos
They're played fast enough, but they also aim to be complete (no use of weird cheating glitches or cheats of any kind to go through a game faster than normally possible, no skipping cutscenes and I'm trying to collect everything, see every path and every ending, when it applies)
