I also go over the first twenty levels of the new Season Pass. As of this video being uploaded, the changes to Sanity gain have already been reverted.
This is a very solid first banner to have! General impressions for each ID:

Meursault: This ID is better to use for its Support Passive. The second skill is very nice but it doesn't inflict Tremor Count and his skill 3 is detrimental to Tremor teams due to it annihilating the enemy Tremor Count. It is our fastest Meursault, however. This is a high C-Tier identity, on-par with W Meursault in my opinion, maybe not quite as bad.

Rodya: This ID is very strong and doesn't need to rely on other team members to be most effective. Very strong colors and the passive can trigger multiple times in a turn, making Skill 3 and Rime Shank both very solid damage options as long as the enemy doesn't resist Blunt. I would put this somewhere in the middle of A-Tier; not quite as busted as the other IDs with re-rolling effects, but still very nice.
