5Mega Maker is kind of a lot of fun. It's also completely free on the PC, but unlicensed by Capcom. 'Tis a fan project. As such, I'm not going to link to the file, but rest assured you can find it if you do a search. In this initial outing, I settle on playing the levels by this Sandor person.
