This is a quick review of the Rotring Trio Multipen ( https://amzn.to/2Ld88MU ). This is a direct descendent of the Rotring Newton Trio which I reviewed a while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfaBSH8u7T4 . The new Trio isn't rare, it sells for $30, and it's made in Japan, not German. It's slicker than the old one but it's bland and sterile. It's a fine pen but it's lacking in character and while it's nicely made, I don't find it very appealing.
