Build: 0.0.2-5119 + kd-11's build with gcm-lle (provided in rpcs3 discord)

Disabling CPU 1, 3 and 5 (Task manager, Details, Select rpcs3.exe,
Set Affinity, Disable CPU 1, 3 and 5) gave me a huge fps boost and faster loading times but crackling sounds occur.
[this may not work for everyone, only try if you're experiencing 19fps or below on a quad core intel core i5/i7 6th generation and above]
