RPG Maker Tutorial Preview #1: Persona's Down State & All-Out Attack! (Suggested by Yosuke Hanamura)

Took me about 2 1/2 hours...which I barely started today. BUT I am quite proud of what I was able to do today. :) I was initially intimidated by it, but I learned about a script for inflicting a status ailment to an enemy with a weakness to a particular element from a forum post. I also learned of a script that checks if all enemies have a particular state. (Weird thing to mention, but I love that I'm learning new things by making tutorials as well.) That being said, this isn't done yet. And problems arised. Let me list off some stuffs:

Problems:
I had difficulty creating the "One More" effect
There seemed to be no way around being not being able to add the Down State to the target even if they already have it (regardless of Buff&States Core, but maybe I need to look into it more.)

Things Left to Do:
Critical Hits inflicting Down (which shouldn't be difficult, I've done it before. I just need to do it once more.)
All Out Attacks checking for two or more actors available (which now that I think about it means actors that are immobilized can't partake in it.)
All Out Attack messages corresponding with an actor (excluding the protagonist). What's seen in the video is pre-determined and will occur even if another party member is added.
Having said initiating party member calculate the All-Out Attack DMG with their own stats. (not sure if that's how it worked in the games, though.)

Also, yes, I uploaded this 4 hours earlier. Mostly 'cause I fear for timezones and stuff.
