Game #359 is Golden Sun: The Lost Age on Game Boy Advance, a JRPG.

Taking place directly after the end of the first game, TLA doesn't put you back in control of Isaac and his team, but rather Felix, Jenna and Kraden who are trying to light the elemental lighthouses instead of destroy them.

They are at the Venus Lighthouse as Isaac and team end up destroying it, which causes a massive earthquake that ends up moving the continents into a large super-continent. Joined by Sheba who they saved, they set off to try to stop Isaac from destroying any more lighthouses...
