Game #365 (FFWD #13) is Atelier Iris 2: The Azoth of Destiny on PS2, a JRPG.
The 2nd Atelier game released outside Japan, Iris 2 has a heavier emphasis on the JRPG side of things over the alchemy side.
The 2 protagonists are Viese, an alchemist, and Felt, her childhood friend who prefers swords over potions, and every day tries to pull a sword called the Azoth from a dais that it's stuck into. They live in the world of Eden among Mana Spirits, but Felt dreams of one day visiting Belkhyde, another world that can be accessed through a closed portal.
One day, a sudden quake hits Eden, and parts of it disappear. Passing by the Azoth, Felt hears a voice in his head, and is able to pull the Azoth from the dais...
