RS3 Level 40 Terror Dogs plus a (Poor) Tarn Razorlor Lair Walkthrough
1Once you hit 40 Slayer, you'll have access to one task I don't suggest doing, and with good reason.
Terror dogs are weak to slash, and they also require you to have done the Lair of Tarn Razorlor miniquest to use a Ring of Slaying teleport to get over there.
In this video I decided to pick my way through the dungeon the hard way. If possible don't do that.
The Xs on the ground are floor traps. Hover your mouse up and down corridors for searchable walls for wall traps.
You can surge past the log wall/scoocher things that knock you a floor down, if you're careful. If they're not fully extended (right before they go back in), that seems to be the ideal time to run past.
That button in the log room IS the only button there, and you'll have to get super close to the pillars to jump on to them. Even though they look like they're below you and out of reach, they're not. That part slowed me down. Once you're in the room with the dogs, your prayer is drained rapidly too.
The task is meh, and the way there is frustrating.
Terror Dogs are a separate assignment from other dog types. Terror Dogs are the only creature to drop the Granite helm. Almost all the herb and seed drops are extremely rare.
