Well there had been plenty of rumors about the upcoming RTX 3070 16GB, RTX 3080 20Gb and RTX 3060 Ti 8GB Nvidia Graphics card due to big Navi apparently coming with 16gb VRAM as standard. Well this has now been official confirmed by Gigabyte with the 3060 Rumored to launch in November and the 2070 and 3080 with upgraded ram available after AMD Big Navi launches. Now the news is pretty quick to cover so I really wanted to use this video to talk about do you actually need that much video memory. This is just my opinion on do you need more graphics card memory, future proofing etc but please do let me know your thoughts :)
