This was a benchmark of Counter Strike: Global Offensive by uLLeticaL on the Lenovo Legion 5i Pro 2022 using the highest performance mode.

I used Advanced Optimus to set my GPU preference to Hybrid-Auto Mode and set the output device to dGPU mode only inside Nvidia's control panel and set the highest performance mode inside Legion's Vantage software.

Note: you may think that the game is pulling out huge amounts of electricity but that only in the highest performance mode.
I can actually pull out around 60 watts combined from CPU and GPU while getting around 250 fps and I can get even lower electricity if I capped my framerate to 165fps which is the same as my laptop's monitor's refresh rate but that will increase input latency a bit, and that's not an issue at all if you want to play casually without caring so much about your electricity bill and the heat of the laptop itself.
