RTX 5070 Ti vs 3070 Benchmarks 1080p, 1440p, 4K - Time to Upgrade?
0The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti represents a significant advancement over the previous-generation RTX 3070, offering notable improvements in performance, memory capacity, and architectural efficiency.
The RTX 5070 Ti, based on NVIDIA's Blackwell 2.0 architecture, features 70 compute units and 8,960 shading units, compared to the RTX 3070's 46 compute units and 5,888 shading units. This substantial increase contributes to a theoretical performance of 43.94 TFLOPS for the RTX 5070 Ti, more than double the RTX 3070's 20.31 TFLOPS. Benchmark tests reflect this improvement, with the RTX 5070 Ti achieving a 102% higher score in 3DMark Time Spy and a 100% higher score in 3DMark Time Spy Extreme compared to the RTX 3070.
