This is to do with the HDMI2.1 not shaking hands with the video card properly...switch over to another device and back and 2.1 should work... If not try switching off game mode/Instant Game Response, after a couple of seconds the image should appear. you can then turn the setting back on and it should work This is my work around so far, it also fixes any corruption after sleep mode.
