This is a pattern I figured out myself that you can make on the 3x3x3 Rubik's cube.
This is impossible unless you switch two of the corners (Therefore if you had that parity on the 4x4x4, it would be possible). I used the Beginner's method for this one. If you use the Beginner's method it makes it much easier to make patterns directly from a scrambled cube.

EDIT: I can now do this on any cube 2x2 and up
