RUBY STORM UPGRADED! Legacy Mono-Red Dragons Storm Combo MTG

I play a Magic: the Gathering Online Legacy League with a Mono-red Storm deck utilizing Bayo, Irritable Instructor (Electro, Assaulting Battery). This brew of mine is trying to win via Dragons either from Elemental Erruption or Stormscale Scion as opposed to the usual plan of Ruby Storm decks. Given I'm shaky at best on Storm, how will get on with this deck?
