Rudi Vannelli released a single album for Verve before his death at age 41. There's a lot of mystery surrounding this wonderful Boston musician, which I've been untangling over the past few years.

For now, here's Side A, Song 1 from his only album : When Your Lover Has Gone, an E A Swan classic from 1931. Like Vannelli, Swan passed away very young at the age of 37.

I do not own the rights to this music; I'm providing it here as it's been out of print for over 50 years, and I believe it should be heard and appreciated.
