Taste testing the Rule One R1 Protein Cookies & Creme flavor and giving it a review out of 10! I'm usually a fan of different protein patterns, but cookies and cream is never one that I really enjoy, but this one by rule 1 is actually really great. I've heard some bad cookies and cream protein powders in the past, but this one has restored my faith that brands can come in with a good cookies and cream flavor. That's not just the ghost Oreo whey protein. Rule One makes a lot of great stuff I think, good flavoring
