for me Rune Factory 5 does not precisely fail just because of "smoothness", yeah that is something I definitely appreciate, a game that runes at 30fps in a constant way... or a bit less (whatever), but what broke the deal for me is that the level design is just bland, with dungeons that lack a bit of complexity to make them much more enjoyable. and a terrible lack of progression.

I can live with some drops here and there, but if the gameplay feels kinda hollow, at least for me, there is no saving it. I still do not understand that need to make 3d Models, if a top down view "world" offered a way better adventure 12 years ago.
