Mineral Squeek only has 4 HP, so make sure you have a weapon that's been upgraded with Scrap Metal+, to reduce damage to only 1 HP per hit.
You can get Scrap Metal+ when forge 2 Scrap Metals together and fail. Just keep doing it, until you get Scrap Metal+.
