Thankyou so much to Otya128 and the guy on the columbia.edu page for creating an installer. Using this compatibility layer, I'm able to run old windows 3.1 programs in windows 10. Microsoft, why couldn't you do this? Why wouldn't you do this? Once again, the open source community is fixing your mistakes. Just because a program is old, doesn't mean it's obsolete. I imagine there's plenty of CNC programs that were never updated and something like this is invaluable.
